Terms of use
The plain-language rules for using VETO while it's in testing.
These terms cover the testnet version of VETO. They will be reviewed and replaced by lawyer-reviewed terms before any mainnet launch or token.
1. What VETO is
VETO is experimental, open-source software: a website, smart contracts and a Telegram bot that let an AI agent propose trades which your own vault contract checks against rules you set.
2. Testnet only, no real value
VETO currently runs on Robinhood Chain testnet with test tokens that have no value. Don't send real funds to VETO contracts. The Home, Agent and Rules tabs on the website are simulations.
3. You control your wallet
You are responsible for your wallet, its keys and every transaction you sign. VETO never asks for your seed phrase. Anyone who does is not VETO.
4. No advice, no guarantees
Nothing VETO shows or says is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Software can have bugs, and the contracts are not yet audited.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the people who build VETO aren't liable for any loss arising from using it, including losses from bugs, network problems, third-party apps or your own trading decisions.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use VETO to break the law, attack the network or other users, or get around restrictions that apply to you, including where you live. Tokenized stocks and crypto are restricted in some countries; it's your responsibility to follow your local rules.
7. The $VETO token
$VETO has not launched. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or buy any token. Any token launch would come with its own terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as VETO develops. The date at the bottom of the page shows the latest version.
