VETO
FAQ

Questions people ask

Short answers about how VETO works, what's live and what's coming.

What is VETO?

An AI trading agent for Robinhood Chain that can't go rogue. You chat with the agent to trade, and every move it proposes is checked by a vault contract that enforces your rules before anything is signed.

Is VETO live?

VETO runs on Robinhood Chain testnet with free test tokens. The Home, Agent and Rules tabs on the website are a demo of how it works; the Vault tab and the Telegram bot are the real thing on testnet. Mainnet comes after an independent audit.

Can VETO take my funds?

No. Your vault belongs to your wallet. Only your wallet can withdraw, change rules or unfreeze. The agent can only propose moves, and the vault checks each one against your rules.

What happens if the VETO bot goes down?

Nothing happens to your funds. They stay in your vault, and you can withdraw them from the website at any time. Orders like stop-losses pause until the bot is back.

What does it cost?

Testing is free: test tokens come from the faucet on the Vault tab, and you only need a little testnet ETH for gas. Pricing for mainnet will be published before launch.

Do I need the $VETO token?

No. You can use VETO without holding any token. $VETO hasn't launched; the planned design uses it to secure the Sentinel threat list. There is no presale, and anyone offering one is not us.

Which wallets work?

Any browser wallet that supports EVM chains, such as MetaMask, Rabby or Coinbase Wallet. The site will ask to add Robinhood Chain testnet for you.

How do I get test tokens?

Open the Vault tab, connect your wallet and press "Get 10,000 test USDG". You can claim once a day. Test tokens have no value.

What is the agent key?

A separate key the bot uses to propose trades for your vault. It can't withdraw or change your rules. If it ever leaked, the worst it could do is propose moves your vault would still check, and you can freeze the vault and switch to a new agent.

Who can see my data?

Your trades and vault are on a public blockchain, like everything on-chain. The bot stores only which Telegram chat is linked to which vault, plus your open orders. See the Privacy page for details.
